SKGAA Newsletter 08/03/18

November 8, 2018

A chairde,

I hope you all survived and enjoyed the snowy weather. We would like to thank all members and players for the accomodation re pitches for the time being. The City Council have determined that Cappagh and Mcgraths Field are still not playable at the time of writing and are doing everything they can to rectify the situation. It's causing havic for our club secretary Alan so we would ask all members to have patience. Everything is being done to rectify the situation and we are not alone-many other clubs and schools are in a similar situation.

Looking forward to seeing many of you at the Juvenile Hurling table quiz in Sheridans on Thurday.

St. Patrick's Day Parade

The club will again be participating in the St. Patrick's day parade this year. Thanks to U12 Camogie Coach Pat Gavin and all U10 coaches for organsising. Each of the U10 teams from each code will participate this year but the parade is not exclusive to them so any SKGAA teams, players or parents who want to take part you're all more than welcome. Watch this space here or get in touch with your coach or Pat.

A quick note on registration. Thank you all for being so accomodating with regards our switch to online registration, but a gentle remider that all members must be registered to be covered by insurance should they get injured. This is especially important at this time of year with most teams going back training and playing matches again.

To register just click the link at the bottom of this page or visit

If you are experiencimg any difficulty, you can ring the offices of myclubfinances and ask to speak to Mary on 091506048.
