The Five Year Plan
Saturday night will see the club launching its five year plan. The club is looking to reinforce structures already in place and keep building on our current success so as to remain competitive in both our county and province. The new land the club has purchased is a huge part of this plan and it explores how best to utilise this land based on our playing needs and quantity of teams. The five year plan covers coaching structures as well as infrastructure, public relations, finance and fundraising, communication and administration. The plan includes proposal from each of this areas and how we intend to implement them over the next five years.
