St Judes Club Notes 13 September 09

November 8, 2018

The Senior Hurlers performed well but sadly were beaten in their Round Robin Championship match, but they are still in with a chance in their last game. It’s a huge week for Football Championship with the Senior Team taking on Oliver Plunketts on Thursday at 8.15pm in Parnell Park, and Intermediate Footballers taking on Cuala in O’Toole Park at 10.30am on Sunday. Hard luck to the U15 Hurlers who performed valiantly but unfortunately lost their Championship Semi-Final. Well done to John Coman and his brilliant committee on hosting the inaugural U13 Camogie 7s in Tymon and to Toomevara on winning the trophy. The Bord Gais All-Ireland Football 7s takes place this Saturday and best of luck to all teams. There will be Music and entertainment that night in the clubhouse. Well done to Anthony Gilleran, Gerry Kenny to name a few on organising an amazing Family Day on Saturday. It was a hugely successful and enjoyable day. Well done to David Campbell, Sean O’Connor, Dave O’Hara and Tim McCarthy on finishing runner up in the FBD All-Ireland GAA Golf Challenge. Well done to Ciaran and Emma Cash on the birth of their son, Evan. St.Judes Club Fundraiser takes place on November 6th in Harold’s Cross Greyhound Stadium. Lotto numbers were 4,7,13,19.
