November 7, 2018

Under 12's

Our under 12's have had a busy few weeks in the u12 championship. They played Aherlow at home on Saturday 3rd of June and despite playing some really good football, they got narrowly beaten St. Patrick's 1.4 Aherlow 3.3. They then played Clonmel Commericals 2 on Tuesday 06th away and recorded a comprehensive win. Further details of u'12 championship not tied down as yet.

Junior Ladies
Well done to our junior ladies team who beat Emly comprehensively on Sunday 28th of May in the Junior C championship.  Next fixture is an away game to Silvermines, to be played by the 23rd of June.
St. Patrick's Ladies GAA Club extend their sympathies to the Foley Family Drangan, on the recent passing of Mr. Jim Foley, father in law of our G4O player and former club PRO Mairead Foley and grandad to our under 12 player Clodagh.  Sympathies are also extended to the Tobin family on the death of Mrs Maureen Tobin, Prospect Drangan, mother in law to to our G4O player Miela Tobin. May they both rest in peace.
Best Wishes to all our club players undertaking their junior and leaving cert exams over the next few weeks. We look forward to seeing you all back out at training as soon as the exams are over!
