Under 16 Team
Under 16 training recommenced back to training 2 weeks ago. We are awaiting under 16 championship fixtures to be finalised, first round is scheduled to start the weekend of the 24th of February.
Junior Ladies
Our junior Ladies made a welcome return back to training on Saturday past. Junior Ladies training will be held on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm to 8.45pm in Cloneen Hall and on Saturdays 3pm to 4pm on the AstroTurf in Fethard for the coming weeks. Best wishes to all players and management team of Michael Moroney and Helen Hogan for the year ahead.
Congratulations
Many congratulations to Molly O’Brien under 10 coach and committee member and her husband Mike on the birth of their little boy Bobby O’Brien, last week.
Condolences
St. Patrick’s Ladies GAA Club would like to extend their sympathies to Gary and Frances O’Hanlon (club sponsor) and our players Siobhan and Orlaith O’Hanlon on the recent passing of their grandad Mr. Stephen O’Hanlon (RIP) in Dublin. Our sympathies to all the O’Hanlon family.
Clothes Collection
Our annual clothes collection fundraiser will take place on Saturday the 24th of March. This is an ideal way to do a big Spring clearout! Bags can be left to the clubhouse in Cloneen on Friday 23rd of March 7.30pm to 9pm or on Saturday 24th 10am to 12 midday or can be given to any committee member before the collection date.
