Two tries by Dom Lespierre who is just back from injury, and further tries by Paul Allen, and Jake Considine earned a bonus point victory and keeps us top of the Munster Seconds League table. Shane O’Leary added the extras.

Thirds lose to table toppers in Gleeson League
In Fitzgerald Park on Saturday, the Thirds XV ended their winning streak by falling to a well drilled Thomond side. Our boys came into this game with four wins from five games, and in second position in the table with Thomond sitting in the first spot. On a bitter cold winter afternoon, the squad was obviously suffering from injuries and illness with a decimated representation but the lads wouldn’t make accept excuses, they were beaten by the better side on the day and will hope to resume their winning form next weekend.
