Update: Regretfully due to the adverse weather forecast for the next few days, the U10 Hurling blitzes in Pairc ui Chaoimh have been postponed. New dates will be announced shortly.
White’s Cross U10 football team competed in 3 games in Páirc Ui Rinn on Thursday 9th August 2012..See some photos from the day.
The team played against 2 Ilen Rovers team and Clondrohid and performed superbly well on the day..
Well done to the U10 team!
A special mention to Fionn Hickey and Adrain Buckley who were outstanding in all three matches. Jack O’Callaghan, Eolan Dill and Patrick Harrington defended really well all afternoon, with Ethan Ryan doing great work between midfield and the forwards. Sean Twomey and Stephen Whooley were on form and scored goals in all three matchs.
The next outing for our under 10′s is hurling in Páirc Ui Chaoimh on Wednesday 15th August. Another great day is expected.
