November 7, 2018

On Saturday last our first team were beaten by Kilsheelan-Kilcash in the South Tipperary final played in Monroe. The team was: Danny Broderick, Jack Cleere, Ryan Crannitch, Aidan Fitzgerald, Luke Fox, Evan White, William Cleere, Cian Crannitch, Eoin Fitzgerald, Bill Cuddihy, Jamie Brett, Cathal Foley, Daithi Hogan. We thank the players and selectors for the enjoyment they gave us over the last few months and a special word of thanks to the parents and grandparents who transported the players all over South Tipperary over the last few months.

On Thursday last our second team were defeated by Ballingarry in the Co. Tipperary qualifier semi final played at Mullinahone. The team was: Thomas Fiala, James Hogan, Pat Moroney, Robbie Noonan, James Ryan, Brian O’Halloran, Eva Hogan, Peter Fiala, Jessica Strappe, Daithi Hogan, Isobel Hayden. Reaching the semi final was a great achievement from this group of players and we compliment them on this. However the season is not over yet as we still have a South Tipperary championship semi final to play

on Monday next 24th August against Newcastle at a venue to be arranged. The winners will play either Ballingarry or St. Marys in the South Final on Saturday 5th September.
