U13 DDSL Jimmy Flood CUP CHAMPIONS

Our U13 DDSL team are Cup Champions having beaten Cabinteely 2-1 today in the Cup final at the AUL Complex. Osaze Irhue scored the first goal from a corner and Eoin O’Leary slotted home to make it 2 nil at half time. But it was a day that every single player did their part and dug deep to ensure we lifted the cup. Cabinteely came back strong in the second half and made it 2-1 but our 13s saw the game out.
Well done lads, brilliant achievement! Congratulations to all involved! This is the first peice of silverware since the move from Kildare League and a lot of credit needs to go to every player, every parent and of course the coaches for their dedication, hard work and loyalty as they have done the club and the town so very proud.
Enjoy the feeling boys as there is much more for you to come over the next few years as you develop into cracking little players/
