Despite the weather both sides served up an excellent game of hurling, with Edenderry emerging victorious on a scoreline of 4-06 to 0-05 to keep up their recent fine form.
Playing against a strong wind in the first half, Edenderry fell behind when St Paul’s scored two excellent points. Leslie Nolan responded with a very good point, before St Paul’s scored their third point from a free which was awarded for a chop by an Edenderry defender. Jamie Dolan added Edenderry’s second point, after Craig Monaghan sent him through with a good pass.
