November 7, 2018

Our under 16 footballers played the South Final on Thursday last 18th June in Clonmel sportsfield against either Grangemockler-Ballyneale. For most of the game Grangemockler-Ballyneale were in control and led by 8 points with a few minutes to go when Anner Gaels got 3 goals to take the lead by a point. Grangemockler-Ballyneale got an equalizing point to take the game to extra time which proved a step too far for our boys who struggled to the end when the scoreboard read Grangemockler-Ballyneale 5-12 to 3-7 for Anner Gaels.
