One-way traffic in Eyeries on Saturday, as Castletown eased past Urhan to get to the Beara U-21 Final.
After being wasteful early on with good possession, Urhan found themselves 1-02 to 0-0 down. From there, courtesy largely of David Cronin’s superb run to set up a goal he finsihed himself, the home team fought back, and could count themselves somewhat unlucky to trail at the break, 1-06 to 1-04.
After the break, however, there was only one winner. ‘Town were fitter and faster in a few sectors, and it told. Urhan’s challenge fizzled out long before the final whistle, on a disappointing day.
