JAHC: Our junior A team play Burgess this weekend in the final group game of the championship. A win will qualify us for a semi final place. Check fixtures for more details.

JBHC: Our junior B team play Newport this weekend in the final group game of the championship. Check fixtures for more details.

MAHC: Our minors recorded at 2-25 to 2-8 victory over Kilruane in round 2 of the minor championship.

Fr Kenyons: Well done to Mark McKenna who scored six points for Fr Kenyons in the Tipperary senior football championship recently. Unfortunately Cahir beat them by a late score.

Camogie news:
U8s are training on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30. Our Girls had a great day out at the County blitz over in the Ragg last Saturday.  We had three very good games.  Thanks again to County Development officer Pat Sheridan for the running of these blitzes
U/10’s are training on Mondays and Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30. Another blitz is arranged for the end of the month
U12’s. The U/12s are training on a Monday and Thursday Evening.  There are a few blitzes coming up soon and girls will be informed at training.
U14s. We had a quiet week with the teams this week. Our A team are to play Cahir in the ragg on Thursday. All teams are awaiting details of semi-finals so we ask all available to keep coming training. Details will be sent out by text.
U/16:  We beat St Marys/Moyle rovers in our last u/16 match in the league format. We are now in the semi-finals. The effort in training has really improved in the last few weeks and we ask everyone to keep it up.
Junior: We have changed the Nenagh Éire Óg Facebook page – as per Facebook regulations – from a personal Facebook account to a Facebook fan page. So, now instead of ‘friends’ we have ‘likes’. Unfortunately not all our friends have transferred over to the new page so please visit the page – www.facebook.com/nenagheireog and click ‘like’ to ensure you are kept up to date with the club news, fixtures and results. We beat Burgess on Sunday morning in an entertaining challenge game in Nenagh on a scoreline of 2-03 to 1-05. Sharon Shelley and Lisa Maher scored the Nenagh goals. Best wishes to Lisa Maher and Moira Walsh who picked up injuries in the match. Thanks to Burgess for the match and to Mike Hallinan for taking charge of it. Team Claire Collins, Alice Darcy, Mary Dillon, Moira Walsh, Aileen Duggan, Zoey Gratton, Ciara McGrath, Alanna Morris, Lisa Maher, Danielle Harrington, Brenda O Sullivan, Gemma Morris, Sharon Shelley, Louise Hickey plus special guest.  Junior B’s are playing Portroe this Friday at seven in Nenagh in the opening round of the championship.
