Clonmore GFC would like to extend sympathy to the family and friends of John Fallon, Kilmacart, who passed away recently. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

The club wishes Shane McGrath and Paddy Byrne the best of luck in the Leinster Under 21 Championship against Dublin on Wednesday evening, 5 March, at 7.30pm in Carlow IT.

The Lotto numbers on Monday, February 24, were 3, 16, 18, 24.  There was no winner of the €8,000 Jackpot and three match 3 winners each receive €70:  Phyl Kelly, Main Street, c/o Post Office;  Lisa Doyle, Ballaghacay, c/o Post Office;  Paddy Gahan, Knockatomcoyle, c/o Jamie Doyle.

Gym sessions are ongoing in the Clubhouse on Wednesdays at 8pm and Saturdays at 5pm and all players aged 16 and over are welcome to take part. The first games of the 2014 season are expected to start around St Patrick's weekend with the new League involving  Senior and Intermediate teams in four groups of four.

2014 Membership Subscriptions are now due – €30 for players (to include knicks & socks) and €20 for non-players, Minors and Students. Subs can be paid to Membership Officer, Eugene Lawlor, or to any officer of the club.

Clonmore Girls Football: Registration night is on Friday, 7 March, in Hacketstown Community Hall at 7pm for U9, U11 & U12 girls.

Registration for the year is €20. New Players most welcome.

U9 girls training every Monday evening 6.30-7.30pm, U11 & U12 training will commence mid-March also on Monday evenings. For any further information please contact 086 3799791 or on our Facebook page Clonmore Girls Football.

Clonmore Juveniles are also holding their Registration Night for all age groups on Friday, 7 March, in the Community Hall. The Carlow Senior Football Championship Cup will be on display and there will be guest speakers. Everyone is welcome.
