Seamus O Riain: The draw for the quarter final of the O Riain cup was made on Monday night last. We were drawn against Lorrha and this match is scheduled to take place on the 22nd of August.
 
JAHC: The junior A team reached the quarter final of the championship after a three point win over Lorrha last Saturday evening. Final score was Eire Og 1-15 Lorrha 0-15. Our opponents in the quarter final will be Moneygall. Check North board fixtures for more details.
 
JCHC: The junior C team opened the championship with a well deserved win over Kildangan last Sunday morning. Final score was Eire Og 1-16 Kildangan 1-05. Our opponents in the next group game will be Shannon Rovers and this is due to take place the weekend of the 22nd.
 
MHC: Our minors are playing Kilruane tonight Wednesday in Round 4 of the championship in Cloughjordan at 7.15.
 
Best Wishes to Hugh, Michael and the Tipp panel when they take on Waterford in the All Ireland semi final on Sunday in Croke Park.
 
Over 40’s hurling: Round 3 takes place this Thursday 12th Aug  with a pre-match warm up at 7.30pm. Fr Tom Seymour’s team defeated Billy Flannery’s team in Round 2 by ten goals to eight.
 
Merchandise: Club merchandise will be on sale this Friday evening in the complex between 7pm and 7.30pm.
 
Best of luck to our U14A team who will compete against Newport/Ballinahinch in the North final next Sat.14th in Nenagh at 3.30pm.
