Ladies Football AGM
There was a good attendance at the meeting especially by our Senior players. The following officers were appointed Chairperson: Marie O’ Sullivan, Secretary: Angela Cahill, Treasurer: Sheila Rahilly, Registrar: Esther O’ Brien, PRO: Sheilann Moynihan. Also the trainers were appointed on the night and they are as follows: U-12s: Laura O’ Connor and Amy Murphy, U-14s: Timmy Sheehan and Michelle Moynihan, U-16s: Denny Buckley, Timmy O’ Leary and Marie O’ Sullivan.
No trainer was appointed for the senior team, if anyone is interested in training the team they should contact Chairperson Marie O’ Sullivan.
At the meeting Marie O’ Sullivan thanked those people who put their names forward as trainers for the coming year, and she also thanked all those who sponsored the Ladies Football last year, a list of these will be published next week. Finally she thanked the Rathmore Men’s club for their continued support to the Ladies club.
We are delighted to say that our club once again this year have girls playing with Kerry, Aoife O’ Sullivan with the Kerry Seniors and Caroline Dineen with the Kerry U-14s, and I know we will be adding to this list other girls from the club to join Kerry
